Endesa, in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa, will organize the third edition of the contest Ideas that Move, aimed at students enrolled in Andalusia and Extremadura universities and Professional Training Centers of up to 26 years old, who will present initiatives related to innovation with regard to energy efficiency, electrification of the demand, environmental protection, customer service excellence or energy service quality.

According to the company, the goal of the contest is to “approach young talent, listen to their ideas and push them to go as far as possible.” The deadline to present the ideas will be November 12. After that, a jury will select 3 finalists and their creators will have an opportunity to improve and shape their ideas with the help of industry experts. The jury is set to announce its final decision and carry out the award ceremony in December, at Endesa’s Seville headquarters.

The first prize winner will receive €3,000 and a scholarship for the Bridge professional initiation program, which combines academic training linked to professional development and new technologies valued in €14,300 with a paid internship at Endesa.

The second and third prizes will obtain €1,500 and €1,000, respectively, and the students with the most outstanding participation will receive a certificate from the company.
